✨ My Story: From Stomach Pain to Clarity

Have you ever felt your body screaming at you — but you didn’t know why until later?

That was me this week.

I had a friend who wanted to get into a psychic fair. I thought, “Sure, I can help connect her with the organizer, get her foot in the door.” That felt kind and aligned.

But before I knew it, I was doing everything for her — printing applications, organizing logistics, even planning to spend an entire day driving back and forth without so much as a thank you or gas money.

Then last night, out of nowhere, I started getting sharp stomach pains that radiated up into my shoulders. Spirit was getting my attention.

I almost didn’t go live, the pain was so intense. But this morning, when I woke up and firmly decided, “I am not going to the fair. I am not enabling this,” the pain disappeared immediately.

Talk about a clear sign.

💎 The Lessons Spirit Taught Me

This was such a reminder that:

My body knows before my mind does. When something is out of alignment, it shows up physically. Boundaries are love in action. Saying no isn’t cruel — it’s self-respect and self-preservation. We are allowed to step back. We don’t have to keep investing energy into people who aren’t showing up for themselves.

Today, instead of spending my whole Saturday running around in chaos, I get to stay home with David, recharge, and pour my energy into what actually matters to me and my community.

🔑 Your Takeaway

Pay attention to your body. If something feels heavy, draining, or painful — it’s not just “stress,” it’s guidance. Sit with it. Ask: “What am I doing that feels out of alignment right now?” Then act on that wisdom. Even if it’s uncomfortable. Even if someone is upset.

Your energy is sacred. Your time is valuable. Protecting both is not selfish — it’s necessary.
