A Reflection from a Salem Native Mystic
This weekend I experienced my very first WitchCon… and I am still floating in the most grounded, grateful way.
It felt like being handed an abundance of spiritual nourishment with teachings, stories, wisdom, connection all at my fingertips, ready to savor at my own pace throughout the year.
I got to learn from gifted practitioners from all over the globe, connect with traditions I have only read about, and interact in real time with fellow psychics and mediums whose paths mirror my own.
One of the highlights was revisiting the conversation about the spirit cabinet. Seeing Bryan Peter’s’ setup in real time brought me right back to our October discussion, full circle and deeply meaningful.
I even discovered new teachers who instantly resonated — you know when someone’s frequency just aligns with yours. That kind of soul-level spark.
And I have to say this quietly but proudly…there is something deeply special about knowing that a fellow Salem native, Christian Day, birthed and parented this entire event into existence. As someone who grew up in the same city whose history shaped so much of the modern mystical world, that connection hits home in a beautiful way.
WitchCon was more than an event.
It was an activation.
A remembrance.
A homecoming for a part of me that has been waiting for this exact moment in my life.
My head is still spinning in a glorious, graceful dance trying to articulate just how much of a gift this experience was.
But my heart knows this: I am exactly where I am meant to be, and this was the perfect way to begin the next chapter of my path.
Here’s to learning, growing, and connecting with this global community of witches, mystics, teachers, and seekers all year long. ✨
